Tom Dockter has nearly 10 years of experience in Land Surveying as a party chief and CAD technician, working across the western region in Utah, California, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and North Dakota. He joined the Talisman team in 2016 and works as a key player on our survey services team, specifically serving as a GIS specialist, bridging the gap between land surveying, cartography, and GIS data.

He has delivered a wide variety of surveys for projects around the Utah region since joining the firm, ALTA and ACSM Land Title Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Easements, and Right-of-Ways Surveys, among many others. Several of these surveys have been developed for key firm clients such as SunPower Corporation, the University of Utah, Powder Mountain, and the Idaho Department of Transportation. He is also a specialist in aerial photography, LiDAR scanning, and spatial analysis, delivering detailed digital models for clients and projects across a wide variety of geographies.
