Nordic Valley Ski Development

TCC is currently providing master planning services for the development of a new ski village at the base of the Nordic Valley ski resort near Ogden, Utah. The project, at full build-out, includes plans for a village center, high density resort core, and development of more than 500 residential units in mountainous terrain.

Our team has worked with planners and developers to provide input on land use, phasing, and infrastructure requirements for a recently-approved rezoning at the site. In addition to preparing the big picture infrastructure master plans for the development, the TCC team is now underway with the engineering support of utility systems. 

The TCC survey team has also provided services for the project, including boundary and topographic surveys as well.
