Doppelmayr Headquarters

Talisman Civil Consultants is providing full civil engineering, land surveying, and construction staking services for the new U.S. headquarters of Doppelmayr USA in Salt Lake City. Currently under construction, the project will establish a purpose-built corporate and operations facility supporting North American ropeway design, engineering, and administration to be completed in 2026.

Our team is leading site civil design and coordination, including grading, drainage, utility infrastructure, and site access planning to support the building footprint and long-term campus functionality. Survey services included boundary and topographic mapping to inform design and entitlement efforts, and we continue to provide precision construction staking to support accurate layout and efficient contractor coordination.

Once complete, the headquarters will reinforce Doppelmayr’s strong presence in Utah and its role in advancing mountain transportation infrastructure across North America.
