Talisman Civil Consultants (TCC) is seeking a motivated, goal-driven, Licensed Land Surveyor to join our growing team. 

We specialize in professional civil engineering and land survey services for municipal services, land development, and construction industries. Talisman has a particular emphasis in resort development, urban redevelopment, higher educational facilities, and utility engineering services.

Responsibilities

  • Line out field crews
  • Prepare AutoCAD drawings from field data (experience drawing from LIDAR point clouds would be great but not required)
  • Perform property research
  • Read, understand, and prepare legal descriptions
  • Plot parcels and easements
  • Prepare subdivision plats
  • Project Management experience (managing scope, schedules, and budgets) would be great but not required

Basic Qualifications

At least 5-7 years of survey experience – in-office and field. The candidate needs to be proficient in all aspects of the in-office side of land surveying. For example, the candidate needs to be able to:

  • Line out field crews
  • Prepare AutoCAD drawings from field data (experience drawing from LIDAR point clouds would be great but not required)
  • Perform property research
  • Read, understand, and prepare legal descriptions
  • Plot parcels and easements
  • Prepare subdivision plats
  • Project Management experience (managing scope, schedules, and budgets) would be great but not required

Pay Range

$90,000 - $120,000/Annually (Dependent on Experience)
