Cory joined the Talisman team in 2022 after several years of experience in CAD design with small engineering firms in Utah and in the Portland, Oregon region.

He earned his associate degree in CAD Technology at Lake Superior College in Minnesota, where he was born and raised, and immediately launched his career here in the Salt Lake Valley.

In his 7+ years of experience, Cory has grown his portfolio of completed projects to include water and sewer plans, site utility plans, topographic survey drawings, hydraulic plans, and more. Throughout his career he has also been responsible for leading CAD training efforts for younger staff members, helping familiarize them with the platform and the unique standards.

Cory utilizes Civil3D, Revit, and Microstation technology platforms, including SS2, OpenRoads and OpenSite, for the execution of his work.

As a CAD Technician III on the Talisman team, Cory supports our Project Managers and Project Engineers in the design of our site, roadway, and water systems projects, conducting site visits, maintaining project progress logs, details design plans, and more. Some of his larger recent assignments have included work with our team at the beautiful Powder Mountain resort.
