Kirk joined the Talisman team in 2021 following the completion of AutoCAD training at Salt Lake Community College. After a successful career in woodworking and carpentry, Palmer was looking for a career transition into the computer-based design field.

As a CAD Designer on our team, Kirk works hand in hand with our engineering staff, detailing design plans for our client site, roadway, and water designs.

A native of Utah, he is excited to grow his career further by contributing to smart development in the region, and applying his design talents, construction insights, and detailed documentation approach to our work.
