Summit Powder Mountain Ski Resort Development

TCC is currently providing engineering and survey services for the ongoing development of the Summit Powder Mountain master-planned community at the 9,000-acre Powder Mountain resort near Ogden, Utah. The project, at full build-out, includes plans for a village center, high-density resort core, hotels, multifamily condominiums, and townhouses, along with single-family development for a total of 1,500 residential units in mountainous terrain.

The TCC staff also prepared an infrastructure master plan for the development, water, and sewer improvement district coordination, mountain bike trails master planning, and sanitary sewer and culinary water master planning. We worked with planners and developers to provide input on land use, phasing, and infrastructure requirements. In addition, our staff has provided cost estimates for all proposed utility and roadway improvements.
Throughout the development of Powder Mountain, the TCC team has provided survey services, including an ALTA survey for the entire 9,000-acre property, subdivision planting, and topographic surveys as well. Construction administration services have also been provided throughout multiple construction phases.
