Salt Lake Community College Student Housing

Selected in 2021 as a member of the FFKR design team, our civil engineering team is currently designing a new 350-student housing complex at Salt Lake Community College, the institution’s first-ever student housing buildings. The new housing facilities will be located adjacent to the school’s main Taylorsville campus and will also offer students an array of amenities within the complex.

National research shows students who live on campus have higher grade-point averages and they are more likely to complete their degrees or certificate programs, so we are excited to be a part of this important project as it will likely have a long-term impact on the success of our own neighbors, families, and friends as well.
