Clark Ranch Affordable Housing Phase 1

Clark Ranch Affordable Housing Phase 1

Park City, Utah

"Mountain Urbanism" with a focus on affordability and sustainability.

Talisman was pleased to work with Stereotomic on the Clark Ranch Phase One Feasibility Study in Park City, Utah, which looks to bridge the gap of “missing middle housing” in the area.  This endeavor would build affordable homes on 15 acres near the Park City Heights neighborhood, combining modern living and the natural beauty of Utah with an emphasis on mountain urbanism.

As part of our civil engineering and land surveying work, which included ALTA/NSPS Land Title and topographic studies, we set the stage for a development that integrates with its surroundings. The Clark Ranch feasibility study concluded that there is room for 90 to 200 units within a development that respects the majority of the land’s recreational open space zoning.

As the project is now entering the development phase, there exists a renewed focus on finding a balance between new engineering and protecting the environment. Our goal is to make a model for affordable, long-term living in the mountains we call home.
