Park City's newest and largest affordable housing project.

In partnership with J. Fisher Development, TCC is performing civil engineering and survey consulting services to EngineHouse, Park City’s most expansive affordable housing endeavor to date. Previously identified as Homestake, the conception and progression of EngineHouse have spanned several years. This significant initiative is a testament to the collaborative efforts of Park City Municipal and J. Fisher Development, aiming to introduce 99 new apartments tailored for residents whose incomes fall between 40% and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

EngineHouse will boast a total of 123 apartments, comprising 28 one-bedroom, 88 two-bedroom, and 7 three-bedroom units. Catering to the residents’ mobility needs, the community features 140 on-site parking spaces and ensures additional amenities like bike parking, storage, maintenance facilities, and a strategically planned Summit County Bike Share spot. Demonstrating a commitment to sustainability, the design and infrastructure of EngineHouse adheres to the 2021 IECC sustainability codes, emphasizing a minimized carbon footprint and the encouragement of eco-friendly living.

Positioned conveniently near Park City’s core, EngineHouse guarantees its residents effortless pedestrian accessibility to various essentials such as shopping hubs, transit stations, workplaces, and a plethora of recreational activities. Complementing its prime location, the community also offers a range of attractive amenities including both indoor and outdoor communal spaces, dedicated areas for children’s play, ample storage rooms, and specially designed music rooms for enthusiasts.

After ground was broke in October 2023, the project is slated to open for residents in 2025.
