Publik Kitchen Reconstruction

The reconstruction of Publik Kitchen, located at 9th and 9th in Salt Lake City, involved extensive civil engineering services as a prominent small commercial project. Led by principal architect Lloyd Architects, it entailed the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new one within largely the same footprint. The civil engineering scope encompassed the implementation of storm drainage, sewer connections, grease trap installations, and the incorporation of other essential utilities, ensuring the project’s alignment with environmental and municipal standards.

This project is a manifestation of Publik’s vision of creating unique gathering spaces, achieved through a collaborative approach with local architects and design experts.
